The Tampa Bay Buccaneers kick off their three day mini-camp today at One Buc Place. The team has three practices that will run from today through Thursday. Defensive end Simeon Rice is expected to be on hand along with cornerback Brian Kelly, who’s still looking for a new contract. Offensively, head coach Jon Gruden has all but named Jeff Garcia has his starting QB ahead of Chris Simms. In fact, the depth chart has Simms as the number-three quarterback behind Garcia and Bruce Gradkowski.
