Mini-Camp Ends in Tampa Bay Minus a Practice
Posted by Matt Loede on June 22nd, 2007 filed in NewsThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers closed out their three-day mini-camp yesterday. Bucs head coach Jon Gruden canceled practice for the final day of camp to reward players for their hard work during the offseason. The team will now prepare for training camp, which begins July 26th at Disney’s Wide World of Sports complex in Orlando. Quarterback Jake Plummer failed to show as he continues to say he’s retired. The Bucs say Plummer will be fined for missing camp but hope Plummer shows for training camp.
