Buccaneers sign CB Hamilton

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that they have signed CB Marcus Hamilton. Terms were not disclosed. Hamilton was a seventh-round pick (245th overall) of the Buccaneers in the 2007 NFL Draft out of the University of Virginia.
He ranked tied for third in school history, with current Buccaneer Ronde Barber, and tied for 13th in ACC history, with 15 career interceptions. Hamilton, a two-time All-ACC second-team selection, led the Cavaliers in interceptions three consecutive years. He totaled 185 tackles, 19 passes defensed, 15 interceptions, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble in his collegiate career.
