3rd Pick LB Black Signs On Reporting Day

The Buccaneers have signed 3rd round pick Quincy Black to a four-year deal. The linebacker out of New Mexico reportedly gets a signing bonus of more than $800,000. Three draft picks remain unsigned, including first round pick Gaines Adams. Players will report today to training camp at Disney. The first of two-a-day practices is set for tomorrow morning.
