Injuries May Sideline Petitgout and Rudd for Friday

The Bucs may be missing a few players as they take the field for the first time in preseason on Friday. Left tackle Luke Petitgout (back) and linebacker Barrett Rudd (knee) both may not play in Friday’s game vs the Patriots. Bucs coach Jon Gruden stated he is hoping to have Petitgout ready by the second preseason game. Rudd’s injury is not all that serious, and he should be back in the next day or two. It’s possible he will play against New England.
