Kelly, Chukwurah Questionable For Sunday
Posted by Matt Loede on September 20th, 2007 filed in NewsThe 1-and-1 Buccaneers are hoping to get two key defensive players back for Sunday’s matchup with the 0-and-2 St. Louis Rams at Raymond James Stadium. Defensive end Patrick Chukwurah and defensive back Brian Kelly are questionable. Chukwurah has been out since late in the preseason with a knee injury. Kelly is nursing a strained groin. Both were limited in practice yesterday. Wide out Joey Galloway and left tackle Luke Petitgout were held out as a precaution, but both are fine. For the Rams, cornerback Tye Hill and offensive lineman Richie Incognito are doubtful. Hill has a lower back injury that could have him out for a while. Incognito has an ankle injury. Linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa is questionable with an ankle injury. Quarterback Marc Bulger is probable with sore ribs.
