Tampa Looks to Ground Cards Sunday at Home

Warner

The 4-and-4 Buccaneers take on the 3-and-4 Arizona Cardinals this Sunday at Raymond James Stadium.  The Bucs have dropped two straight.  Defensive end Greg Spires has not practiced this week because of a calf strain and likely will not play.  Michael Clayton, Michael Pittman, Alex Smith, Brian Kelly and Patrick Chukwurah have practiced on a limited basis this week.  Head coach Jon Gruden is not expecting to get many of those injured players back for Sunday.  The Cardinals are coming off their bye.  Quarterback Kurt Warner had two weeks off to rest his non-throwing elbow.  Warner tore ligaments in his left elbow against Carolina in Week Six but is now close to being 100 percent.  Warner has practiced this week and will start on Sunday.
