Buccaneers S Kalvin Pearson appears to want to move on, as it’s being reported by the Tampa Tribune that he has turned down a one-year deal worth $927,000 from the club. Pearson wants a multi-year deal, but right now the Bucs are fine at the safety spot, so giving him a long-term deal is not in the teams plans. Pearson is primarily a special teamer. Look for him to move elsewhere, and if he does, the team will not get any draft pick compensation since he was not drafted in 2004 when he joined the Browns and eventually came to Tampa Bay the following season.
