Former USF receiver Amarri Jackson was among four undrafted college free agents signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tuesday. The others were Fresno State running back Clifton Smith, Miami center John Rochford and Troy defensive lineman Chris Bradwell. All four players impressed the team during last weekend’s rookie minicamp.

I am John Rochford’s cousin living in the Philly area. I am a huge Eagles fan but i must tell you when I heard the new about Big John signing with Tampa I immediately thought about what’s going to happen when the Birds play the Bucs. It’s going to be hard to root against my cousin. Anyway this kid is a solid football player. He will benefit Tampa Bay tremendously. He has more heart than anyone I know and not only can he play center but he has great long snapping ability. It might take a few years for people in Tampa to recognize him but I promise you Tampa this kid will win you over and become a staple of your offensive line for years to come.
