Posted in The Buccaneers have a contract dispute on their hands involving quarterback Jeff Garcia. The Pro Bowler says he’s still not happy about his contract which pays him two-million-dollars in base salary this season. That’s well below the salary of big time starting quarterbacks in the NFL. Garcia expressed his continued unhappiness yesterday at the team’s OTA workouts and did not rule out a holdout at some point. In other team news, defensive tackle Jovan Haye signed his one-year tender offer for about two-million-dollars. Haye was a restricted free agent and played well last season with six sacks.
