Buccaneers OTA’s continue at One Buc Place.  Defensive lineman Kevin Carter is backing Jeff Garcia in the quarterback’s quest to get a new contract.  Meanwhile down in Miami, the Dolphins say defensive end Jason Taylor will not be attending any offseason workouts, which includes training camp.  The Bucs may have an interest once again in the former Defensive Player of the Year.  Tampa Bay and Miami did engage in trade talks during the draft regarding Taylor.
