It looks like Sunday’s regular-season opener between the Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints will take place in the Big Easy after all. The head man in operations of the Superdome says the stadium did not suffer any serious damage from Hurricane Gustav. There was a possibility that the Saints and Bucs would swap the home dates, with the game taking place at Tampa, because of the storm, but that doesn’t appear to be case. The Bucs are relieved the location didn’t change because a swap would have meant the Bucs playing four consecutive road games later this year.
