Garcia on the Trading Block?

Garcia

Profootballtalk.com is reporting that the relationship between Jeff Garcia and Jon Gruden is severely damaged and both of them are “ready to kill each other”. It was also stated that the Bucs are willing to take just about anything to get rid of Garcia, possibly even cutting him from the team if there are no offers.

The feud could have stemmed from the off season tease that would have brought Brett Favre to the Bucs and made Jeff Garcia a back up once again. Garcia was very vocal in the fact that he was the “starting QB” and almost came across as very whiny. Jeff Gruden is not the type of person that tolerates weakness.

Possible teams that might consider Garcia are the Packers, where Garcia would definately become a back up, the Chiefs, possible starter, and the Patriots, but i’m not too sure he’d fit in with the system here.

Classic Gruden! What an idiot! I look forward to the day Gruden and Bruce Allen depart the Bucs organization. I’ll help them pack.

As much as I hate to go against the Bucs, its true.

I think of it more of a Bruce Allen problem though.
