Barber Up for Weekly Award

Buccaneers cornerback Ronde Barber has been named a finalist for the GMC Sierra Defensive Player of the Week. Barber picked off a pair of passes in Sunday’s 38-20 win at Detroit, and returned one 65 yards for a touchdown. The TD was the 11th interception or fumble return for a score in his career, which makes him the active leader in the NFL. The league will announce the winner on Thursday.
