Bucs coach Jon Gruden has made it quite clear that he wants Jeff Garcia back as one of his quarterbacks next year, perhaps even as his starter. We’re not quite sure, though, that Garcia is as anxious to come back as Gruden is to have him back. That at least is what we gathered after reading what Garcia’s father had to say in a Q&A with the sports editor the Gilroy Dispatch.
