CB Cox Hurt by Talib in Practice Session
The St.Petersburg Times reports that CB Torrie Cox was injured Wednesday during an OTA practice session. Here is the story:
Buccaneers cornerback Torrie Cox received a facial laceration when he was inadvertently struck by a helmet swung by teammate Aqib Talib during a voluntary offseason workout Wednesday. Talib, the Buccaneers’ first-round pick in 2008, was intending to hit offensive tackle Donald Penn after Talib and Penn began arguing during a team drill.
