Morris Calls Out Adams for Lackluster Play

Coach Raheem Morris is not too happy with the play of former first-round pick Gaines Adams:

Bucs head coach Raheem Morris called out DE Gaines Adams, Tampa Bay’s first-round pick in 2007, on Monday for his failure to get to the quarterback during Tampa Bay’s 0-2 start. Morris said that Adams has lacked fire and not played as fast and as hard as he did a year ago, and may be replaced in the starting lineup.

To: Raheem Morris, the number one mistake in my opinion. The defence was not broken so why did you go and break it. The Tampa Bay Buca are now the poster childs for giving up the deep plays, mostly burnt DB’s! I is almost obvious this season will be a waste besides us getting a top 5 draft pick if not the no.1 overall pick. Put in Josh Freeman, because the only way to truly learn to play NFL Quarterback is in game play. I hate to say this Morris but I know how much you like having black QB’s so trade Mcown and what it takes to get some O-Line to protect Josh Freeman! Then keep the defence in place you have now so the blame for losing doesnt go on the rookie QB. Then next year go back to the Tampa Two! For this comment all I have to say is Brooks C’mon!

Raheem Morris call out yourself, not Gaines Adams, he didnt take away the Tampa Two, you did!
