We get rid of Jon Gruden and bring in a guy who has never even been even a coordinator in this league… He cuts a first ballad hall of famer who has one year left on his contract and was the face of this franchise for years… Ronde will be next… He fires the OC the third preseason game in… We had 30 million in salary cap room which he did absolutely NOTHING with… Sorry fellow fans but we are NEVER going to win anything with him as coach….
