Posted in Safety De’von Hall was claimed off waivers, filling a roster opening for the Buccaneers. Hall appeared in four games with the Indianapolis Colts this season. He signed with the Bucs on Tuesday. Tampa Bay also signed fullback Jehuu Caulcrick to the practice squad.
