Talib to be Cleared Of Charges Upon Completing Anger Management

The St. Petersburg Times reports that once Aqib Talib is done with anger management, he’ll be cleared of charges stemming form his battery charge last year:

A judge has approved Buccaneers cornerback Aqib Talib’s pre-trial intervention agreement with state prosecutors, as expected. The case stems from a a simple battery charge last year and not surprisingly, the chief requirement of Talib in this program is his fulfillment of anger management counseling. Talib’s arrest stemmed from his apparent unprovoked punching of a cab driver last August, but if he complies with the program’s requirements, there are others beyond the counseling sessions, all charges will be dropped after his conclusion of the program.
