Posted in Pro Football Weekly has an interesting article on rookie players that could make big impacts in their first season with their new teams. Number three on the list is Bucs first round pick Gerald McCoy:
3. DT Gerald McCoy / Buccaneers (1st round / Oklahoma; 3rd overall; DL grade: D)
Skinny: McCoy shapes up as an ideal fit as a three-technique in the Tampa-2 defense. He has superb leadership skills and rare talent and was extremely productive at Oklahoma. He’s a powerful, relentless penetrator who plays all out all the time.
