WR Arrelious Benn Says He’s Ready to Go at Full Strength

Stephen Holder of the St. Petersburg Times reports that second-year Bucs receiver Arrelious Benn received medical clearance to practice when he reported to the Bucs’ facility on Tuesday.

Benn said a month ago that he’d be “full strength and full tilt” for camp, and he’s held up his end of the bargain. Last year’s 39th overall pick, Benn was just coming into his own before tearing his left ACL in December. He’s reporting to the Bucs as the heavy favorite to start opposite Mike Williams. Benn’s competition may come from Dez Briscoe and/or a free agent pickup.
