The Giants DC Perry Fewell could have a great consolation prize if the team loses its playoff game tomorrow: a head coaching job.
The New York Daily News is reporting that the Bucs want to interview him. If they choose him, he would be the second minority head coach in the NFC South that was able to persist through a mountain of interviews to finally get hired.
Ron Rivera had interviewed for the Cardinals, Steelers, Cowboys, Rams, Chargers, Falcons, Dolphins, and Packers. The Panthers hired him before the 2011 season.
Perry Fewell has been brought in to interview for the Panthers, Bills, Browns, Broncos, and 49ers head coaching jobs.
I think the hire will be great if he can snag someone off the Giants offensive staff. They developed Victor Cruz, Jake Ballard, Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham really fast.
Hit “Like” if you think this would be a good hire.

This would be a great hire by Tampa…
Fewell is a disciplinarian, a high energy firey leader, a great tactition…he knows how to take advantage of his assets, with the strong young Dline Tampa has….its a perfect fit
Tampa would need to bring in a strong offensive coordinator, but this is the perfect fit…as a Giants fan, id be sad to see him go
