Schiano Set to Hire Giants QB Coach Sullivan as OC

New Buccaneers coach Greg Schiano has been busy getting his coaching staff put together, and it sounds like there’s another piece of the puzzle about to fall in place.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the Bucs are going to hire Giants quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan as the teams offensive coordinator.

Sullivan was at first the Giants’ wide receivers coach from 2004-09. After Chris Palmer left for the UFL, he stepped in as the QB coach, helping Eli Manning reach new heights.

Before his time with the Giants, he was as an offensive assistant and the defensive quality control coach for Tom Coughlin’s Jaguars, a defensive backs and linebackers coach for Army, a defensive backs coach for Ohio and Youngstown State and a wide receivers coach for Humboldt State.
