Buccaneers Part Ways with FS Tanard Jackson

Rays Radio reports that the Bucs have cut FS Tanard Jackson.

Tampa Bay general manager Mark Dominik has announced today that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have terminated their contract with safety Tanard Jackson. Dominik stated the reasoning for the termination as a failed physical. Jackson played in 10 games last season for the Buccaneers, finishing with 35 tackles and two interceptions. Jackson was a fourth round pick of the Buccaneers in 2007.
