Posted in The Buccaneers have signed kicker Shane Andrus, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter on his Twitter account. The Bucs released Mike Nugent after he missed four out of his six field goal attempts in 2009. In addition, the team released CB Marcus Hamilton.
