The Tampa Bay Buccaneers resumed their three-day mini-camp yesterday with a practice at Raymond James Stadium. Defensive end Simeon Rice was on hand but he’s not practicing as he continues to rehab from shoulder surgery. Cornerback Brian Kelly and rookie offensive lineman Aaron Sears were also held out. Kelly should be 100 percent for training camp as he continues to recover from turf toe surgery. Sears has minor issues according to head coach Jon Gruden. Jeff Garcia continued to take snaps with the first team offense ahead of Bruce Gradkowski and Chris Simms, who has been limited. The team will close out mini-camp today with a practice at One Buc Place.
