The NFL season has arrived, but you can’t wait until Sunday to tailgate?
Start the party a few days early in downtown tonight.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will host its Kickoff Party at 6:30 p.m. at Channelside Bay Plaza, 615 Channelside Drive.
There will be appearances by Bucs players, cheerleaders and mascot Captain Fear. The rock band Trapt will also perform.
The event is free.
Fans can park in the garage across the street from the plaza. For parking information, call (813) 905-5072.
The Bucs open their season Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys at Raymond James Stadium.
